As the founder of My Grandma Baked A Cookie, Nicole shares her grandmother’s legacy of delicious ‘heartmade’ treats with all who have discerning taste buds and appreciate locally sourced, natural ingredients.
Opening doors for the brilliant but under-recognized is her top priority.
A graduate of Cornell University, the United Nations International School and Mannes College of Music, Nicole is also certified by REACH personal branding, by the Health Coach Institute and holds certificates in Business Strategy and Change Leadership. She works with numerous charitable organizations, including as a board member and the external affairs chair for Afrika Tikkun USA and as the volunteer Chief of Staff for the SATURDAY MORNING coalition.
Nicole founded her first company at the age of 18, has 20 years of consulting experience and spent 15 years in global operations roles in some of the world’s leading marketing communications companies; most recently as Senior Vice President and global chief of staff at McCann Worldgroup.
